My self-healing journey

About ten years ago, I was going through a very challenging period in my life. I was dealing with sickness, stress and a very demanding job. On top of that, I lost my dear brothers; all three of them passed away in a time frame of six months. I felt devastated and as a consequence, I developed a death anxiety.

Trying to understand why all this happened to me and how I can overcome it, I sought answers within. I started meditating daily but I knew I also needed external help. Eager to learn more about healing energies and the role of the spirit world in our lives, I attended medial training courses provided by My mentor and teacher has been Anu Väisänen, who serves God and Divinity with all her heart.

My life has changed in a positive way over the years. Now I can say I’m not afraid of dying anymore. I found a greater peace within me. God is in charge of my life and I find comfort in knowing he is with me all the time. He is taking care of all aspects of my life and I expect miracles and blessings. Many of them have already happened and are happening. I only need to ask Him for them.

Working with Angels to heal your Life

I have believed in God, Jesus and Holy Spirit all my life. Thus, my mental abilities have developed and contributed to my personal growth. I realized that Angels are with us all the time to protect and help us. I see them as God’s assistants and carriers of messages. Archangel Michael is my dearest helper and I can feel his presence and guidance in all my prayers and meditations.

I can see lots of things and bring messages to you from God and the Angels. These messages are full of love and care, and meant to guide you throughout different stages of your life. However, I never forecast because it’s not my duty to tell you what’s going to happen in the future. I am only a channel. I strongly believe we can change our lives through our thoughts and prayers. You can change the direction of your life with God’s and Angels’ help but you have to pay attention to your thoughts. If possible, always think that everything is happening for your higher purpose. Positive thoughts create positive results. Avoid blaming yourself or others – instead, focus on solutions. Rather than worry, pray and practice a compassionate state of mind. Of course, I understand there are bad days. We all have them. In those days, I find it crucial to stay positive, meditate whenever possible and not being afraid to ask for help.

How I can help you – private meditations and guided healing sessions

I provide private meditations and guided healing sessions. I will assist you in meditation so you can be present in the very moment. Afterwards, you can practice in the intimacy of your own home. The sessions can be done via face- to-face meetings, Skype and /or phone (1h/40€). Sessions conducted via phone are effective and very powerful also.

My five-step program towards mental wellbeing

If you’re struggling with a mental illness (long-term depression, etc.), I hope that you will seek medical treatment. Medicine and medical treatment are needed to cope with illnesses.

But if you’re mentally healthy and would like to have better mental abilities, this five-step program is for you. I have developed five simple steps to help you grow and improve your self-confidence, time management, mind management, mindfulness etc. My experience is that the growth accelerates when you can accept everything in your life. The things you can’t change, try to accept. Next steps are facing your fears and deficiencies, healing and changing them with light and love. The final result will be regaining your own power and inner peace.
